Season 2 Episode 38: Strategery

Welcome back to the First World Podcast. This week we felt that it was about time that we talked about strategy games, and we wrap it up with a short talk about the Steam summer sale.  Heath continued playing 1001 Spikes on the PS4.  Dan kept on playing Titanfall, and his Steam sale games Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, and Transformers Fall of Cybertron.  Madison went in her way back machine and played Gun Bound and hung out with some cromags.  Greg spent some time playing War Thunder, and a very generically named, but super fun game called Star Conflict.

"You see them deals on Steam this week?"

Season 2 Episode 37: X Boxing Day

Welcome back to the First World Podcast.  Since Dan is now the proud owner of an Xbox One, we decided to do a Microsoft focus.  Madison finally got to play the Bioshock DLC, but is not super impressed with Burial at Sea 2.  Heath played one of the hardest games he has ever beaten, 1001 Spikes, and also took part into the Destiny Alpha.  Dan played a mobile game called The Silent Age, and dug deep into Titanfall.  Greg has done what he fears most, and has found another MMO to entertain him, and now he is getting lost in Wildstar.

Season 2 Episode 35: Indie Jones and Bundles of Doom

Welcome back to the First World Podcast. This week we take on the topic of the meteoric rise of indie games, and their prophesied fall.  Here is the article that sparked this conversation .  Madison spent a lot of time on the road, so she took full advantage of the Street Pass function on the 3DS.  Dan played some Agarest War Zero, Heath played Guacamelee, and Dan and Heath both picked up Mario Kart 8 for the Wii U.  We wrap up the episode with our crowd favorite Triple Barrel Shotgun Round.  This week we bring you our 3 E3 predictions.
