Episode XX: Epic Crossover Podcast

With Heath away drinking and lounging in New Orleans, Dan joins forces with members of fellow gaming podcast Boom Headshot, VGHangover, and Geeks with Wives, for an Epic discussion of what they are playing now, including God of War: Ascension, Dead Space 3, Sim City and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

Also they guys have a great round-table discussion about their love/hate relationship with trophies and achievements, or the lack there of when it comes to Nintendo systems.

Thanks to the awesome Randy, Joe, and Jordan for including us in this crossover! Enjoy the show and we will be back next week with a regular episode.

Where is my FWP episode???

Don't fret dudes and dudettes!

I know there is not an episode up right now like there normally is, and I know you wait every week to hear our in-depth analysis and professional sillyness. This week Heath has been off galavanting around New Orleans, so Dan recorded a great crossover podcast with gents from VGHangover, BoomHeadshot, and Geeks with Wives podcast. The episode is great and will be up sometime Saturday.
In the mean time, rock out your Friday night, play some games, and let us know what topics you would like us to cover in the future. We will be back next Friday with a regular show.
Here is a bunny

Peace

Episode 25: STEAL THIS PODCAST

Welcome back to a new episode of the First World Podcast.  This week we start the conversation on video game piracy, and the mechanisms to stop games from being pirated.  We encourage you to email, or comment with us about this topic, please keep it civil, we are not judging anyone here.  This week Greg beats Uncharted: Golden Abyss.  Dan plays a bunch of stuff on steam, and realizes that he loves Left 4 Dead 2.  Heath plays Bit Trip Saga, and goes and experiences his first chiptunes show.  In a correction from the episode, Heath calls 3 of 5 Adam, but later realizes that his real name is Andy, sorry dude.  We close out the show with our boredom curing* Triple Barrel Shotgun Round, where we ask the question, what video game would you like to be made into a TV series?  Let us know what you think below.
Shiver me timbers...
Here is some of the chiptunes that were experienced this week by Heath.

3 of 5 writes chiptunes on a 3DS and sings great songs.  Heath's favorite tracks are Anti-Bullying Song, You Don't Matter, and Battlestation.

Overthink writes chiptunes on two dual SIDs Commodore 64s 8bit badassery.  Heath's favorite tracks are all of them, seriously, all of them, Overthink kills.

Speaking of delays....

Hey friends and listeners!

You may have noticed that there is not a new episode up.
We are having issues (again) with the "wonderful" podbean.com that hosts the show, and cannot seem to get the episode uploaded at the present time. We have contacted them and hope to get the show up as soon as we can. Sorry if this ruins your Saturday, I know you will miss hearing our silky smooth voices. In the mean time, here are some pictures of Pokemon being sad that the show isn't up. Thanks and keep playing.
